Translation from French article

[edit]

My attempt at a translation from the French page.

>In 1929, Eugene Fisher, a restaurant owner, constructed the Altweibermuhle windmill, a slide in a magic windmill. The pretense was that all women that entered would emerge as young women. After the second world war, when Eugene did not return, his brother/son, Kurt Fischer reprised the idea of a leisure park. The first ____ windmill in 1946, burnt down, it was reconstructed in 1950.

>In 1957, the animal park was opened with approximately 300 animals. In 1960, the first mechanical attraction arrived: a panoramic train (cable car?). The Wild paradise opened in 1972. The wine museum was ___ly opened and presented ___ others to open the 21st century a large collection of pressings(?) of grapes from the wood (?).

>The park was enlarged by 45 hectares in 1986 and another 15 in 1995. Kurt Fisher handed on the management of the park to his sons (Helmut, Roland and Dieter Fischer) in 1996. The park continues to acquire little by little the most original attractions.

>In 2001, the park ____ ____ was ____ to 17 hectares. The year 2004 was a big anniversary for the park, it's 75th year of existence.
