Professor or emeritus professor
[edit]People are known for being professors. An encyclopedia article should focus on the sum total of someone's life, it is not an obituary. We do not focus on their status at death, but on what makes them notable, and that is being a professor, not getting emeritus status.John Pack Lambert (talk) 13:29, 17 February 2023 (UTC)
- I agree, and thought you were doing the opposite of what you actually were doing. I read it three times, and somehow still had the columns wrong. (Has the software changed the display recently??) Anyway, self-reverted. Sorry about that. Russ Woodroofe (talk) 16:56, 17 February 2023 (UTC)
