Article reads like an ad
[edit]POV check template added because this article reads like an ad, and seems to be written by a single contributor having edited mostly this article - probably someone "sympathic" to SE to say the least. -- Mark Bergsma 11:19, 17 December 2006 (UTC)
Grow up
[edit]This article has been around for ages, and suddenly it is important to have all of it speedily deleted! Yes, I totally agree it reads like an ad, and there seems like there is one contributor who has made it an ad. So instead of all making so much noise, why not just delete the advertisement content and leave the original stub. This is what the history page is for. The subject requires an article, and removing the POV bits would have been constructive. IMHO. Egil 17:27, 8 June 2007 (UTC) I've seen your 'hangon'; I think it's reasonable that the company should have an article, and I strongly suggest you delete the advertising material yourself and very soon. I've removed the tag, assuming you will do so. DGG 19:43, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
- DGG, the above sounds like a treat, and I don't like your attitude. This is your article, your responsibility to fix, just as much as it may be mine. My only involvement here is that i made the original four line stub back in 2006. Which casued a robot to alert my talk page, which again caused my to go here and ask for people to come to their senses. This is a case of misuse of the WP:Speedy mechanism by an anon. user. And an article about an important subject, that sorely needs to be cleaned up. Not deleted. Egil 10:24, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
