Useful Source Material

I've taken this incomplete information from the article and placed it here so that anyone can easily find it for writing it into the article in future. The two references don't include any quotes from the obituaries which is a pity, otherwise they could be worked into the article. Perhaps someone might have easier access to the obituaries in New Zealand and can add extra content later. At the moment the two references look a bit out of place in the main article, so I've placed them here for easy access.
