Contested deletion
[edit]This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Selbin's oeuvre, and particularly the international translations and wide readership of his latest work, warrants his inclusion in accordance with Criterion 1. Additionally, his full professor and University Scholar status at Southwestern University, a distinguished honor that is awarded only two or three Southwestern faculty at a time, arguably qualifies him for inclusion in accordance with Criterion 6.
