Kokish's death
How do we insert the usual note that this article is about someone who has recently died?
Also, my source for the inclusion of Kokish's death, and the date thereof, is Joseph Silver's post, dated June 10, 2023, in Bridge Winners, entitled "the late Eric Kokish," and the comments following.
Vital data
[edit]LC Authorities (or the auto-generated LCCN footer link) reports: "ecatsbridge.com, viewed 20 October 2014 (Eric kokish, born Montreal, Canada May 19, 1947, lives in Toronto)"
The source at ecatsbridge.com is a subsite devoted to the World Wide Bridge Contest, page/frame "Commentator: Eric Kokish" [1]. Some pages in the subsite are evidently official and this one may be so.
Infobridge.it provides for Le Biografie di Infobridge: "Eric KOKISH & Beverly KRAFT" (in Italian)
[That] same short biography is provided (quoted boldface) by Infobridge.it instead of the customary low-quality English translation of its Le Biografie di Infobridge: "Eric KOKISH & Beverly KRAFT" (in Italian).
