A Book-of-the-Month-Club insert found in a 1950 edition of Blandings' Way has an excellent description of Mr. Hodgins by Jack Goodman accompanied by a photograph of the author. I have not been able to find any other information about this talented author whom John P. Marquand compares to a modern day Voltaire. Mr. Marquand's review of Blandings' Way is also in the insert. Hodgins wrote an autobiography, "Trolley to the Moon", published in 1973. Copies are readily available on abebooks starting at US$1. I've requested a copy via my local inter-library loan. Andrew Kuchling (talk) 03:03, 4 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
