Photo

[edit]

I wonder if we can get a better and more up to date photo on this page. For example, http://www.nationallawjournal.com/image/EM/NLJ/Eric_D._Hargan-Vert-201703151721.jpg is a good photo, but I'm not sure if it's in the public domain. Jonathan Kastin (talk) 15:32, 1 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Good question. If/when he's confirmed, we should be able to get his official portrait from the public domain. I'm not too well-versed in photo copyright issues, so I'm also not sure if we can use the photo you mention above. Marquardtika (talk) 16:52, 1 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi corkythehornetfan. I agree that the official HHS portrait of Eric Hargan is not very official-looking. However, the current one on the page is quite outdated, and does not accurately represent how he currently looks. Personally, I'd go with the official one. It's not clear when or if HHS will post a better one. Jonathan Kastin (talk) 04:21, 12 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The link to HHS is now dead. Jonathan Kastin (talk) 18:40, 27 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Confusion

[edit]

@Lighthouse3050: I saw that you added a {confusing} tag to this article. Can you elaborate on what you find confusing about the article so that it can be addressed? Thanks. Marquardtika (talk) 20:43, 6 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Marquardtika: Hi, what I found confusing was the edit by Therequiembellishere on 30th September 2017 at 17:50 which removed two of Eric Hargan's previous roles in George W. Bush's government and I'm just looking for clarification as to whether these roles should have been on there in the first place, or whether it was right for them to be removed. Lighthouse3050 (talk) 20:49, 6 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for clarifying. Pinging @Therequiembellishere: for clarification. Marquardtika (talk) 20:50, 6 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
