I believe the "history" section, particularly in "Strategy shift", is not neutral. The section is entirely uncited and largely reads like marketing material in Equitrac (the subject's) favor. I specifically dispute the neutrality of the uncited facts "a "paperless" office never materialized." and "offices use more paper than ever before, racking up increasingly large copying and printing bills.", which seem very biased in favor of the company that benefits from paper use. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.218.226.164 (talk) 16:37, 20 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
