@DGG: This is on the same topic as the other article, Equal Pay Act of 1963, and is mostly a collection of related references. "Equal Pay Act and Prior Salary" isn't the title of an act. I tried to move this to user-space for the reasons you discuss, and was reverted. A selective merge to Equal Pay Act of 1963 would be called for, but there's at least one paragraph worth of content here that would be a useful addition to that page.
