[edit]Much of this article has been brought in "as is" from a BLP. Given the cut and paste nature of the edits, it is probably Below-Start-Class in quality. Duh -- it needs editing! Please help. --S. Rich (talk) 15:57, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
- Agree, I should have some time over the weekend to start edits on this. (Mattwashdc (talk) 12:43, 3 September 2010 (UTC))

Article needs updating for the 112th Congress
[edit]This article needs an update as it only contains information through the 111th Congress. Safiel (talk) 05:33, 16 November 2011 (UTC)
- I suspect legislation has died. Accordingly, it now fails notability. The article was created as an effort to remove a vanity piece by a SPA and substitute something more encyclopedic. But once the BLP hero of the legislation was deleted (by his own request), the proponent of this article (Mattwashdc) discontinued editing. I suggest AFD.--S. Rich (talk) 05:43, 16 November 2011 (UTC)
- I should note that this legislation has been reintroduced in the 112th Congress, although so far no hearings have been held. The title is "Equal Justice for Our Military Act of 2011." The bill numbers are H.R. 3133 and S. 1664. The title of the article refers to the topic of equal justice rather than a specific bill in a specific Congress. There appears to have been plenty of media coverage meeting WP:GNG. An AfD would probably result in a keep. I will make a few edits to update this for the 112th Congress.
