Does this meet notability requirements?
[edit]The bill never made it out of the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions last year. It has yet to be re-introduced, so the bill is effectively dead. Are dead bills still important? ThePerseid SCD (talk) 23:03, 12 February 2011 (UTC)
