Several of the references apparently do not mention Mathias, even though they are presented as if verifying he is a chief, and what his policies and efforts are in that role. In addition, Greenpeace and Global Witness are advocacy groups and might not qualify as reliable sources besides not apparently mentioning Mathias. The BACDA-UK is described as a recently-formed cultural group in the UK, and also might not qualify as a reliable source. Better referen es are needed to establish that Mathias is a Chief in addition to a Supreme Court justice, and to verify the claims about what his policies are. This is required by Wikipedia policy WP:BLP. If better references are not added, the material about his education, his chiefdom, and his policies will have to be removed from the article. He seems to be or to have been a Supreme Court judge in Cameroon, but the Supreme Court website ref is just their homepage, and a search from "Mathias" results in just "Résultats pour la recherche "mathias" Aucun résultat trouvé !" so it really does not verify anything. The ref should be to some subpage which actually has information about him. This is the English language Wikipedia, and editors and readers should not be expected to read every page of that French language site looking for some scrap of information related to the subject of the article. They say they have an English version, but it does not seem to work in actuality. Edison (talk) 19:54, 13 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
