How to change page name?

I am looking to change the page name to 'Eponym dating system', before I expand upon the article using numerous reliable sources from respectable Assyriologists. If the page name can be changed for me or information regarding how to change the page name then I will begin to expand upon the article itself. Apologies, as Wikipedia is not my speciality.
