Just a few questions about this Wiki page. Are there no links to the characters within this play or do separate pages need to be created for these characters? Also perhaps we can wok on expanding the synopsis of the story?

If we were to make Wikipedia pages for some of the characters, I think Epicoene and Truewit might be able to use one. Other than that, I'm not sure if the pages for the specific characters are necessary. Lizzycrabtree (talk) 05:05, 3 March 2017 (UTC)

I would suggest adding more in depth character descriptions, especially about Dauphine's two friends Clerimont and Truewit. Many of Truewit's lines speak to his view of woman and courtship in general, so speaking to these may be able to add some cultural context to the play. I would also suggest that you use footnotes when citing your sources, so that the reader can see where you used each source in your article. Jcorbett17 (talk) 05:15, 3 March 2017 (UTC)

The article mentions that Richard Strauss wrote an opera based on this play. Donizetti's DON PASQUALE also uses the same plot, except that the fake wife is not a boy but the nephew's girlfriend. 2001:558:6011:1:1CA0:8880:2F90:A2F5 (talk) 02:11, 3 April 2017 (UTC)
