Large rewrite

This article could really use a rewrite to remove extraneous information, enforce neutral POV, and table cleanup. I've fixed grammar issues and removed some unnecessary content but much more work is needed. Theoretick (talk) 22:16, 18 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
