This is, of course, a good framework. This is the law of real property though. What the Law Society requires for "property" law is only, essentially, land law (with a mattering of security, focussing on mortgages). For this page we need that stuff plus the rules of property. With that in mind, this is an ideal way to start writing the page. But I think you're right, even better is to start with cases and work from the bottom up. Wikidea14:16, 14 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
