Removed much of the article as it was taken directly from website and NPOV issues are rather clear. Also removed campus chapter links as they can be found on the ESW main site. -SEAN

Page still seems very much a recap of the national webpage. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.205.153.218 (talk) 03:11, 11 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

While "ESW" declares themselves as "non-profit" in their website, there is no evidence that they are in compliance with national registration of non-profit entities (for charitable contributions, for example). The main article appears to be nothing more than advertizing of the organisation. I suggest either re-vamp or remove from wikipedia. --74.107.74.39 (talk) 02:19, 20 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Currently working on a re-vamp. Going to find out if they are really non-profit. Tk-422 (talk) 15:57, 10 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
So the national org itself isn't 501c3, but it's housed by UC-Merced, which IS legally nonprofit. So donations are tax-deductible, but the accounting goes through UC-Merced's system instead of ESW's. Tk-422 (talk) 21:12, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I think the NPOV issues are resolved to the best of my ability. Can someone check/revise for me? Tk-422 (talk) 20:31, 12 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
