[edit]@Mccapra: added a more footnotes banner to this page. I don't think that's helpful. Each section is supported by its own reference. It would be more helpful to add citation needed, than to add a boilerplate on top. The only section that potentially needs more references is the IUCN Red List-section IMHO. Why two elephants?
[edit]@LizardJr8: why should we have two elephants in the list. This was clearly an oversight on my part when I initially culled the list. IMHO, [1] was an improvement. BFG (talk) 10:33, 26 November 2022 (UTC)
