Completely revised article, adding references and correcting errors. Removed irrelevant information (WWI, nuclear submarines)Added diagram and a description of the tactic, plus auxiliary commentary regarding other factors. --Brucelucier (talk) 21:00, 5 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
