Peer Review

The article provides a good overview, however there are quite a few grammar and punctuation issues throughout. I would recommend combing through the article to edit. I like the additional sections added.

I would suggest adding subheads in the history section, since it covers so much. Also, make sure all of the sources are referenced the same way. Some just have an in-text citation right now.

Overall, I'm very sold on EAP. The benefits section does a really good job with that, and it may be beneficial to add another section on critiques or issues with EAP.

Feedback

The lead section is straightforward and clear. There are some minor grammatical errors, but it is overall comprehensive and I would be able to tell someone else what the EAP is.

The key points seem to be the History, benefits, service and Role of the EAP in Military/Veterans. The article is detailed and lengthy and informational and is supported by a number of reliable sources. It is scholarly written, but does have minor grammatical errors throughout the article mostly involving spelling and punctuation.

Although, the article doesn’t seem to be biased, it does lack information or detail regarding any pushback that the EAP might have received in its time. If there was any controversy or pushback regarding the EAP, it would be best to make it known.

When looking over the references it seemed like there was different formatting for the first three sources. The rest of the article was well formatted, but it seems like the last paragraph under the ‘Service’ header is repeating what is on the Lead and what is being stated previously in the article. I would either incorporate that into the beginning of the article if it adds new information or scratch it out.

Overall a good article that educates the reader and makes it easy to teach to others. Only thing to fix is grammar, reference formatting, adding a controversy (if any) paragraph, and changing a paragraph under the ‘Service’ section. --Jamilethortega (talk) 15:15, 18 April 2016 (UTC)

Peer Review David Nowicki

This article covers EAP very throughly and has a appropriate amount of content. However there are quite a few grammatical errors that need to be fixed. The article also comes off as one sided. There needs to be at least one section on the possible negatives or downsides to EAP. Lastly some of the paragraphs come off at lengthy and should be divided into smaller sections with headings.
