– Empire Company, a Canadian holding company owning retail chains and Empire Theatres is also known as "Empire group". For example Nova Scotia David Orkin 2013 "Although part of the Empire group, this lovely old Art Deco cinema with balcony has yet to be chopped up into a ..." - Support per nom. Would add a significant amount of clarity. Bands who use musical instruments are still also "groups", and groups that don't use musical instruments can also be called "bands". Both could confusingly be referred to by either parenthetical — both are incomplete disambiguations. And those other two companies are also groups called Empire. - Strong oppose (per WP:BANDDAB)! If these pages are moved, then every boy bands are band, which means
the musical ensemble members perform by playing musical instruments

- Support. Using "band" and "group" to distinguish two distinct formations is confusing and does not really disambiguate. No such user (talk) 15:26, 2 March 2021 (UTC)
- Support per nom. Another failure to appreciate that the word "group" does not just mean a musical group. Are these people honestly trying to claim that "boy band" and "girl band" are not commonly used terms? -- Necrothesp (talk) 13:58, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
