PhD
[edit]According to Morse's official site, she has completed her PhD program with Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality, though it may be worth mentioning this is an unaccredited degree. Is her site considered an acceptable source or does it fail because it is self-published and primary?Legitimus (talk) 12:59, 4 October 2014 (UTC)
- I would say no, a primary source doesn't suffice for an important claim like this; we should wait until it's published at the IASHS dissertations list or in independent media. The IASHS article says it is unaccredited, I don't think it needs to be repeated in bios. — Brianhe (talk) 16:20, 4 October 2014 (UTC)
- I would agree with Brianhe, we should wait for reliable sources. I'd add that I don't find Cosmo magazine a reliable source for this purpose, and the IASHS dissertation list, which I would accept as a RS for this purpose, doesn't at present seem to include the name Morse.
- If we ever get a RS for this degree, I personally would mention it, and also the fact that the institution is un-accredited. Richard Keatinge (talk) 11:20, 17 June 2015 (UTC)

[edit]Emily no longer lives in San Francisco. She is now in the Los Angeles area, according to what she says during podcast episodes. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.130.35.4 (talk) 18:14, 3 June 2017 (UTC)
