Article issues

The article is insufficiently sourced, promotional in tone, and has some copyright violation text. Rather than attempt to correct these issues, over the course of several months numerous accounts have merely attempted to remove any and all maintenance templates. I've requested page protection, and suspect several sock accounts may be in play here.
