This article should be moved to "emergency towing vessel", which is the correct name of the thing. --95.115.197.198 (talk) 20:09, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It seems to me the terms are pretty equivalent. Here's an official Canadian/US document that calls it "tow vessel" (appendix H) while the British seem to favour towing vessel.
