License?

The Wikipedia article right now says "License: GPL". The ECL webpage says "GNU Library General Public License". I would have simply edited this page to say "LGPL", but saw in the edit history:

Updated license terms: Is not LGPL, as per http://ecls.sourceforge.net/license.html

I checked the wayback machine, and it looks like ECL has been LGPL forever (or at least the past 8 years). What's the deal? Why do we think it's not LGPL? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.16.40.113 (talk) 04:13, 17 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The license tag has been updated; it indeed is under the Library (now known as Lesser) General Public License.216.239.75.72 (talk) 23:52, 6 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

REPLACE Daniel Kochmański with Giuseppe Attardi as designer and developer. Explanation of issue: this is a reference to the published paper that introduced ECL References supporting change: http://www.di.unipi.it/attardi/Paper/LUV94.pdf The paper shows that I am the author of ECL.
