[edit]Shalom, you maked a edit on page but it introduce incorrect information: Do you have a reference to your affirmation Deborah Brin was the first female rabbi in Canada
I find this page: http://www.nahalatshalom.org/intro_brin.html : The page said She has also served as the spiritual leader for Congregation Darchei Noam in Toronto. but the text no mention date for service in Toronto. Only mention date in the text is: the ordination of Deborah Brin was in 1985 from the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College in Wyncote, PA in USA.
Elyse Goldstein was ordained at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion ( inUSA) in 1983. Rabbi Goldstein as assistant rabbi at Holy Blossom Temple in Toronto (Canada) between 1983 and 1986. Please do not intentionally add incorrect information to articles. Thanks, --Geneviève (talk) 21:51, 23 January 2011 (UTC)
Also I find for Congregation Darchei Noam ( Reconstructionnist synagogue of Toronto): Deborah Brin was rabbi between 1986 and 1990 in this congregation, reference: Kerry M. Olitzky, Marc Lee Raphael, The American synagogue: a historical dictionary and sourcebook, in page 375, http://books.google.com/books?id=weL9M46TcU8C&pg=PA375&dq=%22deborah+brin%22+%22darchei+noam%22&hl=en&ei=52XZTI2sCYK8lQfs0bC_CQ&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=book-thumbnail&resnum=1&ved=0CCgQ6wEwAA#v=onepage&q=%22deborah%20brin%22%20%22darchei%20noam%22&f=false thanks --Geneviève (talk) 23:31, 23 January 2011 (UTC)
