I reworked a lot of the introduction and the information about the Ellis Act in San Francisco. Much of what was posted was simply inaccurate. I included references to specific examples of the application of the Ellis Act in San Francisco and explained generally how the Ellis Act is implemented by local governments. I think that the information presented in this article was very neutral. It clearly stated facts and defined what the Ellis Act was and how it plays an important role within the housing sectors in California. I think that something that could be improved upon is the details of the acts as applications of the law in Santa Monica and San Francisco. Greater detail of the effects of the Ellis Act would give more information on why it was implemented and what it has done for the state. Marissa18 wong (talk) 06:50, 13 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
