Ethnicity needed?
[edit]I question that the "Ethnicity - Jewish" is needed in the info box. It doesn't see to serve any purpose in this article. If he had worked for some lobbyist or public influence organization(s) relating to Israeli or Jewish-American issues it might have some relevance. Or if he was running for political office, etc.
The only public policy organization that he worked for was Council on Foreign Relations and there wasn't any indication that he worked on Israeli or Jewish-American issues or that his work influenced anything related to those issues. What is Wiki's policy on this type of ethnicity inclusion. I'd be more inclined to include his nationality, which I'd guess is "American".--TGC55 (talk) 15:18, 23 November 2012 (UTC)
Correct major mistake
[edit]This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered. |
Hi,
I am an experienced Wikipedia editor, and follow the five pillars to the best of my ability. But I have a WP:COI here as a paid consultant to The OutCast Agrency, which represents Facebook. As such, my proposed edits need to be independently reviewed and approved.
There's a major mistake with the job title of the subject of this article. He is not the president of Facebook. His correct title is "vice president of communications and public policy."Cite error: A <ref>
tag is missing the closing </ref>

Update
[edit]Thanks very much. But the correction still incorrectly listed him as a President of Facebook. Since I think this this falls under the non-controversial exception to WP:COI, I just made the edit -- I looked for the most up to date title I could find. "He is currently vice president of global communications, marketing and public policy at Facebook, where he directs the company's government affairs and public relations efforts.
