Whats the policy for gender-specific pronouns etc in a biography page such as this? The article currently seems inconsistent.

I am a layman viewing this page and it is blatantly (and seemingly deliberately) that it neglects to mention that (s)he won gold in the Womens Sevens, and the gender of each achievement is ambigious. Why does this page obfuscate the gender of the sport that the athlete identified under? Either way I wish him the best but I am noticing in articles about trans athletes there is a lot of vagueness and obfuscation.
