In the Susman article, having uncited trivia in the lede is not correct. The lede should summarize the main items in the article. The fact that she lives somewhere with her husband is
really not a major point. It belongs in the personal life section. Also I removed the "opening remarks" at a luncheon section. That is just a routine action of someone's job.198.58.171.47 (talk) 18:17, 12 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
IP198.58.171.47|198.58.171.47 - discuss your proposed changes on the TP. This is a newly created article, and I've been working with the article creator on my TP. You should have seen that as you posted on my TP. You have surpassed 3RR and I warned you to not do that. Atsme📞📧19:21, 12 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
The article age is not particularly relevant. I am adding good material, and reducing items that are uncited and/or trivial. My changes were not major in the least. I also added numerous references which you reverted multiple times, in case you want to talk edit warring! Also you placed an "in construction" tag in the middle of my editing in order to chase me away, whcih is really bad from. I'm all for sharing and collaboration and discussion, but this is really a case of you discouraging other editors from contributing. Have a nice day. 198.58.171.47 (talk) 19:25, 12 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
If you think what you're doing is so "good" then why are you edit warring and not willing to discuss it on the TP first? I also asked on your TP if you have an alternate registered user account? Atsme📞📧20:53, 12 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
There are quite a few things out of order because of an IP who showed up here and started making major changes without discussing anything first, and then started edit warring. The IP removed chunks of information, started creating an entirely different WP:MOS with a overly short lead paragraph, reordered sections, made separate sections we don't need, so I filed a 3R violation against them at WP:3RN. Mlwmiller you can add the link back the way I originally had it if you know how, if not, I'll do it tomorrow. Another option is to add it to the bottom of the infobox instead of in an External links section. We also need to find something that verifies her dob - maybe an article, or CV, or an article that gives her age at the time of an event, and then we can do the math. I didn't get a chance to see if there is an official government (public domain) image of her that we can use in the infobox. If you find one, let me know. Atsme📞📧01:51, 13 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
An incorrect fact has been added regarding Ellen Susman's children. She has two daughters.
Her husband, Stephen Susman (a widow) has two grown children by his first wife.
No source is cited for this erroneous addition.
Please edit more carefully.Mlwmiller (talk) 01:38, 13 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Used that number from AllGov which states "the couple has 4 children". We can't reveal too much private info, or anything that is not sourced to a realiable source and verifiable. Also see WP:NOR. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Atsme (talk • contribs)
