Article needs expansion
[edit]I'm planning on expanding this article using the Russian wikipedia (via Google Translate) and using the airport's English website pkc
I've already done a little pruning to get rid of unsourced statements, and added some statistics, but I think more is needed. Help is welcome, but I assume I'll be handling most of this on my own. If so, no problem! Cheers! Itsfullofstars (talk) 23:43, 10 July 2021 (UTC)

On July 1, 1998, the regiment became part of the newly formed OKVS Aviation (and reassigned to the Russian Navy). However, due to the extremely low serviceability of the aircraft fleet in the period 2003-2006, the flight crew maintained skills in the 444th PPI of the Navy in Ostrov on training L-39, the youth of the regiment underwent theoretical training in the 148th PPI and PLS in Sevastleyk, and practical training was directly in the regiment.
Since April 1, 2009, the regiment from the structure of the Navy was planned to be transferred to the 3rd command of the Russian Air Force, however, due to the poor serviceability of the fleet, the regiment was not transferred. From December 1, 2009, the 865th IAP was to be reorganized into a fighter squadron formed by the 7060th AvB MA Pacific Fleet. March 12, 2010 the regiment said goodbye to its Battle Banner. In April 2011, the fighter-interceptor squadron of the 7060th AvB was reassigned to the command of the Air Defense Forces, without changing its location, and it also remained on support and supply from the Navy.
317th mixed anti-submarine regiment on Tu-16R and Be-12, then on Il-38. The regiment was formed in 1960 and on August 5 of that year the regiment's headquarters moved to Yelizovo. This regiment is unusual in that it consisted of virtually independent units: the 122nd OMDRAE stationed in b. Yagodnaya (Be-6 flying boats), the 175th OVE PLO deployed on the Zavoyko peninsula (Mi-4M helicopters) and the 266th ODRAE on the Tu-16R, which subsequently arrived from the air. Stone Stream on air. Yelizovo. August 20, 1960 at the air. A helicopter squadron flew over to Yelizovo, and at the beginning of the next year, 1961, a squadron of amphibious aircraft from the b. Yagodnaya (by this time the 122nd OMDRAE had retrained on the Be-12), the Tu-16 reconnaissance squadron flew only in 1965.

On November 1, 1989, all independent units of the regiment with their code names and personal staff were reorganized into standard regimental units. In 1993, the 1st AE was disbanded, in connection with the decommissioning of Tu-16 aircraft, the regiment became a two-squadron. In 1998, the Be-12 was decommissioned, the PLO squadron was retrained in the 444th pulp and paper mill and PLS Ostrov on the Il-38, but only in 1999 the first two aircraft were overtaken from the Nikolaevka airfield, and in 2000 three more aircraft flew from the 20th ARZ Pushkin. The squadron also included An-12 and An-26. As a result of all these rearrangements, the regiment became two mixed squadrons - the first aircraft and the second - helicopter. In 2009, on the basis of the regiment and support units, the 7060th air base of naval aviation of the Pacific Fleet was formed.
