[edit]added birthdate and replced "got into trouble" with "incurring the wrath"
The text says, "Both sets of parents incurred the wrath of Queen Elizabeth I for having arranged such a controversial marriage without her permission, and Elizabeth's mother and mother-in-law, Margaret Douglas, were both sent to the Tower of London." But this is not accurate. Elizabeth's mother, Bess of Hardwick, was not sent to the Tower of London.Grinbriar (talk) 01:00, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
