The article currently has infobox and category claiming it was established in 1984. The text does not explain what happened in 1984, and I'm pretty sure that the centre is older than that (1950s), but was an open shopping strip initially. --Scott Davis ^Talk 04:37, 9 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
