I'll get to this shortly.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 17:05, 24 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • No DABs, external links good.
  • Mention that the Leveson-Gowers were wealthy earlier in the article. It's a bit of a surprise when it shows up in the marriage section.
  • Combine the sentence about being raised Anglican with the one about her conversion.
  • How were the two families related?
  • How was the need for dowries, etc. for her children relevant to her life?
  • I would imagine it was a drain on the family's financial resources to arrange dowries for her daughters. The citation fails to go into further depth, unfortunately, and I haven't been able to find elaboration on this in other places. Ruby 2010/2013 02:34, 9 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Capitalize ranks when associated with a particular title or person.
  • What diocese was Claughton bishop of?
  • Put Matthew in title case as well as the entries from the ODNB
Thank you for your review! I will get working on your comments shortly. Ruby 2010/2013 21:48, 31 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Thanks again for reviewing! I apologize for the delay in responding (RL has limited my time on WP lately). I've done a bit more research to answer some of the points you raised. While I think I got most of them, I had trouble finding a good summary of previous relations between their two families (the ODNB entry being cited does not go into depth on the topic). I hope this isn't enough to derail this nomination. Nothing has been coming up in my searches (it's mostly material about specific members of each family, but not really about how they relate. Oddly, I've also failed in finding examples of earlier intermarriage). Please let me know if there is anything else. Regards, Ruby 2010/2013 02:34, 9 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Actually, you've done quite well with all of the new expansion material. Don't worry about the relationship, it's probably one of those things going back a few hundred years. Hell, I know that I'm very, very distantly related to the Duchess, and quite likely to her husband as well so it's not surprising that they were cousins of some sort or another. Nicely done.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 03:57, 9 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
