The Elizabeth Gillespie in 1834?
[edit]Hi all. In chasing down a relative I have a note (on his wedding day in Liverpool UK 1834) that he was a 'mate' on the Elizabeth Gillespie. I have not located any boat of that name but did sight a reference to an Elizabeth Captained by a David Gillespie. Is there any precedence of putting the boat and its Captains name together as a reference or do I need to keep looking? thanks Baldassfatman (talk) 04:11, 13 January 2023 (UTC)
