Can this be rephrased?

While I appreciate your efforts to source the various paragraphs, you have to admit that the article currently reflects other encyclopedia-style entries. It could use a more substantial look into her life. Do you have access to the three biographies listed? Dimadick (talk) 12:38, 15 May 2011 (UTC)

"fonds"

What does "fonds" mean? It is one of the major sub-headings, yet it is not defined in standard dictionaries, unless the relatively rare meaning of foundation, background or base is meant. Headings and sub-headings should avoid obscure terminology. I would change it, but looking at the content, I'm not sure what it's supposed to be about.Kdammers (talk) 03:58, 19 July 2014 (UTC)

Questionable source

This ref to "MagicLink.com" (archived) is used for several sentences in the article. However, the archived website looks like an old blog or personal website; there is no information about the author or their credentials. I'm proposing to remove it entirely and any direct quotes from it as WP:UNDUE and WP:SPS, but I'll wait a few days for objections first. Schazjmd (talk) 23:12, 9 June 2021 (UTC)

cause of death

The article cites a source which does not give the exact same information, to wit: "suffered from dangerously high blood pressure all her adult life; it caused unbearable migraines, and eventually led to her death at the age of forty-three." This is not exactly the same as death by stroke. A source for stroke being the cause of her death is http://www.enotes.com/topics/elinor-wylie/critical-essays/wylie-elinor . Also, other sources give Bright's disease as the cause of death (especially, American Women Writers, 1900-1945: A Bio-bibliographical Critical Sourcebook, eds.
