The article is currently named Elias Bassalygo bound, but both "Elias-Bassalygo bound" (hyphen between "Elias" and "Bassalygo") and "Elias–Bassalygo bound" (en dash between "Elias" and "Bassalygo") are used in the article text. If "Elias" and "Bassalygo" are two people, then the article should be moved to the name with the en dash, "Elias–Bassalygo bound".
