[edit]Edited "near verbatim summary" to avoid confusion with Speech-to-Text reporting.
Surely someone typing at a "minimum speed of 60wpm" is nowhere close to "near verbatim", given that people tend to talk at speeds of up to 180wpm? Electronic notetakers tend to accede to speeds of about 90 to 100wpm, which is still precis.
