The Republican Party has gained electoral votes due to every reapportionment since 1952, it looks like. And based on US census results, it looks like they'll gain another 16 (if I counted right) after the next census, if you would say that all the Bush '04 states remain Republican. (Based on this). Don't pretend to know enough about it so would not edit the article but.... is this title correct ?
