Group voting tickets
[edit]What, exactly, is the difference between this and group voting tickets? It seems precisely the same as the Australian system to me - voters can vote either above or below the line. Also, a lot of the article seems rather verbose at the moment - the Fiji voting system can probably be summed up in more or less a few words, ie: "instant-runoff voting with group voting tickets.
