Wrong focus

This article spends too much space talking about various bodies recommendations for how redistricting (or whatever you want to call it) ought to be accomplished and almost nothing on how it actually is done -- which should be the primary focus. 121a0012 (talk) 02:27, 22 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
