Please footnote the coat of arms

Please add a footnote explaining why the coat of arms shown for the ELECTOR of Trier is the coat of arms, as it exists today, for the TOWN of Trier. In the absence of such a footnote explaining the sameness of the arms for the town and the Elector, you might change the coat of arms to the one that was used to symbolize the Archbishop-Elector of Trier in medieval lists from when there were seven Electors: a red (gules) cross on a white (argent) background.
