Coordinate error

The coordinates need the following fixes: The coordinates listed for El Rito Crags is actually Franklin Gorge in West Virginia. El Rito Crags should be at 36.29720, -106.19600 according to rockclimbing.com. I'm not sure if those coordinates are correct but I know for sure the current ones are wrong.
