Rationale for edit
[edit]I am editting the article as this passage; "Tony had previously commented that she is participating in a sponsored silence,[2] although this could have been sarcastic. When asked by Michelle why she never speaks, she simply doesn't answer. It is possible that Effy is glossophobic or even lalaphobic, but this is not stated in the show." is just plain idiotic. Effy shows no social anxiety which is central to glossophobia or lalaphobia, quite the opposite. Rather, it would seem that she chooses not to speak as a personal protest. Either way, the speculation previously in the article is both absurd and misplaced.81.151.199.200 (talk) 03:18, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Skins8effy.JPG
[edit]Image:Skins8effy.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Morse code on profile
[edit]I translated the morse code on Effy's profile page on the skins website and it seems to be a strange poem... I'm not sure if it is a famous poem or not. It's a bit eerie and might be about Tony. It also says that msuic is the devil's fruit and all big brother contestants should be given blow jobs.

Burning things
[edit]I'm not nagging or anything, but at the beginning of the article, how do you know Effy has a 'Deep obsession' with her lighter and candles? We see her twice burning things with her lighter. Again - I'm not nagging :D —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.30.249.131 (talk) 13:57, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
- You have a point there. Feel free to be bold and remove the statement! :-) — Kendra Michele — 15:40, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
I have given some information about Effy's mini-teaser clip on the E4 website and I have also said that more information on other characters are available on the 19th December. I have given information in the past and it has been deleted. Can you tell me if that will be deleted? I hope it doesn't though. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.5.165.126 (talk) 12:49, 14 December 2008 (UTC)
Private School
[edit]"In the series finale, we learn her parents have moved her to the private school which Josh and Abigail Stock attend in the aftermath of her drug episode." - Josh does not attend the school because in the first episode 'tony', after his choir audition the french teacher asks what he is doing in an [all girl's school]. Also, in (Michelle?) whenever michelle firsts meets josh, Abigail is wearing uniform and josh is in casual dress, suggesting that he goes to the college or another school which allows casual wear. - fabnt 23:44, 5 April 2009 (UTC)
