As this article is about 2 different, entirely separate companies, with a 55 year gap in between their histories, I propose excising everything between the "rebirth", and "see also" headings, and setting that off as a new article titled Edwards Rail Car Company (1997-2008), with appropriate edits to both articles, leaving the original company as the subject of this article.
