See also this link: http://www.fuldatal.de/?kommunal/sehensw/dm.htm It is the former US-Base "Rothwesten" near Kassel (currency museum) in Germany, where E. A. Tenenbaum (Air Force officer), US-Colonel Emory Stoker, US-Capt. G. D. or J. D. Johnson organised the birth of the Deutsche Mark. In the Base Rothwesten around 1947 to 1948 the US-Constabulary and 601st Air Force were on duty.
