Sunset to sunset
[edit]Why is the date for this federal observance given as starting at sundown? That would presumably apply to Rabbi Schneerson's Jewish birthday, but looking at the refs the date proclaimed by the president is always just a midnight to midnight civil date.Hydromania (talk) 09:19, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
