Why hatnote?

Why the hatnote, folks? It says "refimprove" and I added one but doubt it is the one an editor deemed missing. TBH, I cannot tell what ref must be missing. Any clue? - phi (talk) 15:26, 24 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
