۝ Samples?

[edit]

What, not a single image? Shinobu 14:07, 13 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Samples added. The Japanese version of the article used images from the Commons, which I added here. --Limetom 09:20, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

What do the samples say? TheLateDentarthurdent (talk) 20:00, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Kakuji

[edit]

Are the kakuji characters really the same as the other examples. It looks nearly illegible. 惑乱 分からん * \)/ (\ (< \) (2 /) /)/ * (talk) 17:03, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It says “Kakuji sample” (角字見本, Kakuji mihon). I’m not entirely sure that it counts as edomoji, but I don’t exactly have a degree in Japanese study or anything. At any rate, it is basically illegible to most people much like seal script. -BRPXQZME (talk) 17:10, 5 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No, it says "Edo moji". Real Minus273 (talk) 07:47, 16 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yose

[edit]

The word yose is linked to the Go article. I don't know much about Go or Japanese theater, but that seems off. Can someone with more knowledge verify that that's a reasonable link? — Preceding unsigned comment added by WittyQuote (talkcontribs) 13:52, 14 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
